Can I start my own Lifeline group?

A: Yes, as soon as you have reported completion of all Bootcamp lessons – that means finishing the support resources, and completing the missions.

Someone is being inappropriate with their postings - what can be done?

A: If you find someone soliciting sales, using vulgar language, or any other harassment that you find inappropriate, please let us know. There is no tolerance for this in the myGreenlight community and we will handle it directly.

Some of the multimedia features of myGreenlight aren't working for me. Help!

Make sure that your computer is Javascript Enabled and that you have Flash 10+ and Pop-ups are allowed on your computer. If all of that is in place and you are still having trouble, send us an e-mail.

Every time I try to submit a mission the system kicks me out. What's going on?

Check the Internet browser you are using - older browsers can be unstable and cause problems. We recommend using Firefox 3.5+ or Internet Explorer 8+. If you are using an appropriate browser and still having problems, please use the form below to let us know.
